Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship Fund
The Schutzhund USA Youth Committee is pleased to announce the establishment of the
Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship Fund
On June 5 2008,the United Schutzhund Clubs of America was informed that the Schutzhund
USA Youth Scholarship Fund was established as a 501c3 nonprofit corporation.
This corporation was founded to promote the dog sport of schutzhund among America's
youth, through providing seminars and competitions, and to recognize and reward
America's youth, who evince responsibility and dedication to academics and the schutzhund
sport.
The Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship is intended to be recognition in the form of
an educational grant to those well-rounded student scholars. Winning a scholarship
is beneficial to any student, even several years following their receipt of the
award. When a student is recognized for their accomplishments, it gives them confidence
to pursue other goals. Receiving a scholarship indicates the student stood out among
his peers, and that the scholarship provider recognized this quality. This knowledge
will motivate the student to challenge himself to reach even higher goals.
The Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship Committee believes that it is very important
for students to recognize their own potential early in their academic careers in
order for them to foster its growth—receiving recognition from an organization or
company helps students take this step, knowing that you can distinguish yourself
from others
You can donate by check, credit card or money order. The Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship organization has a 501(C)(3) tax status. All donations to the Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship organization are tax deductible.
